SALARY RANGE AND TOP STEP INCENTIVES

      • Salary Range $74,561.34-$79,124.01
      • Cost-effective health and welfare package 
      • Medical, dental, and vision effective the first day of the month after your start date
      • Medical, dental, vision, LTD, and Life premiums are 100% paid by the City for full-time employees
      • City contributions of 25% toward dependent healthcare
      • Flexible Spending Options – City of Fulshear contributes a total of $1723.00 annually to your HSA plan ($71,79 per pay period)
      • Long Term Disability is funded completely by the City in the event of illness or injury

      • Provided through MetLife. Includes 24-hour call center, short term counseling (8 sessions), and work life solutions (legal and finance guidance). Available to anyone in your household.

      • Pre-tax benefits if enrolled. (Not covered by the City)
    • Texas Municipal Retirement System – TMRS:
      • Requires 7% of the salary contributions bi-weekly. 
      • The City matches contributions on a 2 to 1 basis after employee reaches vesting period. (5 years after employment)

      • Thirteen (13) paid holidays per year
      • 120 hours of sick leave per year, accrued
